Who We Are
The Barnegat Inlet Yacht Club is a private organization, established in 1981. BIYC has been an affiliate member of Yachting Club of America since 1982 and is dedicated to maximizing boating fun with safety and being socially and environmentally responsible. We're located in High Bar Harbor, New Jersey near the fabled Barnegat Lighthouse.
We presently maintain three moorings for the use of Club members and, since there are no clubhouse or docks of our own, we may offer them to other yacht clubs by way of reciprocity. The moorings are in Meyer’s Hole and are lettered “BIYC PRIVATE,” numbered 1, 2 and 3 respectively. Please remember that the use of BIYC moorings is at your own risk.
